					<description><![CDATA[<p>Dysfunction in postpartum women is very common and even though much goes undiagnosed the estimates of diagnosed dysfunction are as high. And far too often, women are left to navigate the physical and emotional aftermath alone. If left untreated, issues like this tend to get worse as women age and reach menopause. About one in five women will undergo surgery for genital prolapse or urinary incontinence by the age of 85.</p>
