“Each session with Rebecca is transformative. She has an unbelievable gift of tuning into what is blocked within the body, both energetic and physical. I began my sessions pregnant with my second child to ease the aches and help prepare my body for a natural birth. Post birth, Rebecca has been instrumental in my pelvic care and guiding me into my feminine balance.”

What does Holistic Pelvic Care™ treatment involve?

Holistic Pelvic Care™ is an integrative gynaecological approach which incorporates a range of healing practices to restore balance in a woman’s pelvis. Holistic Pelvic Care™ is highly effective in helping women to reconnect with the pelvic bowl and change the imprint of a traumatic birth when used in post-partum care. It helps optimise the recruitment of the pelvic floor muscles and restore balance in the pelvis.

Holistic Pelvic Care™ treatment – truly embodied self care

When starting Holistic Pelvic Care™ work, it is important that your body feels ready for this work.  For some women this means having some osteopathic women’s health work with me first, for others it means having a Holistic Pelvic Energy session first where we work outside of the pelvic bowl.   Everyone is at different stages of their journey and we can assess where you are at and what the right path is for you during your first session.

Holistic Pelvic Care™ treatment involves a gentle pelvic bowl intervaginal massage technique combined with restorative breathwork tools, visualisations and other energy tools. It helps realign your pelvis physically and energetically, enhancing the flow of pelvic organ energy.

It is a very personal journey and I have years of experience helping many 100s of women through this process of coming in to deeper connection with their pelvic bowl. The number of treatments vary but usually a minimum of two sessions is required.

"I went to Rebecca with daily pain in my pelvis and hip after two pregnancies and two c-sections in two years. I genuinely thought I would have pain for the rest of my life. After a few osteopathic sessions that were helping, Rebecca suggested pelvic care treatment. I figured why not give it a try? I would never have believed it could have helped me as much as it did. I am no longer in pain, and the treatment has had a profound impact on my mental and physical health. I have journeyed through my ancestral lineage, making connections that have helped me understand myself much better. And I have dealt with some painful issues from my childhood that had manifested as physical problems and pain."
