A very simple yet very effective tip for reducing back pain

Please check out the this out.  It’s the first in a series of short videos providing self care tips for pregnancy and beyond.   This one provides a simple tip on how to reduce back and pelvic pain – something you can do yourself or get your partner to help you with.  It’s simple and it works.  I show you in this video a simple fascial rolling technique on an area of the low back called the thoracolumbar fascia.
